With a long track-record of successful recitals and performances, Duncan is no stranger to the concert platform. He has organised and performed in numerous solo recitals in Perth and the South-West at venues such as Kulcha, WAAPA and St. Georges Cathedral, plus many others. Furthermore, Duncan has been invited to perform as a guest soloist for the WAAPA Lunchtime concert series, the Mundaring Performing Arts Society, the Warana Music Club, the Royal Schools Music Club, the Classical Guitar Society of Western Australia, the St. Georges Cathedral Lunch hour concert series, the Recorder and Early Music Society, Ensemble Veritas and the Voices in Praise choir. If you are planning a concert, Duncan can be booked to perform full-length evening recitals, shorter lunch-time concerts, soirees and even short guest appearances and he welcomes further invitations.
What better than to see a guitar amongst the ranks of a full symphony orchestra? Duncan has been privileged to perform as a soloist with a number of leading orchestras and chamber ensembles. With an interest in exploring the lesser-known, new, and neglected concerto repertoire, he has given a number pemiere performances in Perth in addition to several performances of well-loved masterpieces.
